Academic Highlights
Blessed Sacrament School offers an advanced standards-based curriculum that includes Accelerated Reading, Writing and Math, hands-on Science in a state-of-the-art lab facility, Social Studies, and History. We are proud of the fact that our graduating 8th-grade students routinely test into advanced courses entering high school. Some of the highlights of our academic program include:
Differentiated Curriculum
BSS students have diverse, multifaceted opportunities to excel at all levels of learning.
Learning Support
1:1 and small group assistance are available to all students who need individualized support.
Integrated Technology
1:1 devices are utilized in grades K-8 as a tool for success – including iPads, tablets and Chrome books.
Honors Courses
Honors Math groups are available in grades 5-8 and Honors Literature in grade 8.
Hands On Learning
Students in grades K-8 receive weekly hands-on experiences in a well-equipped Smart Lab.
Junior High Electives
Students in grades 6-8 attend one elective course per day, with a variety of subjects offered.
